Song White Ale (¥75 for 4)

A white ale with big aromas and a cloudy complexion. It’s light, fresh and very drinkable, with the unique flavors and aromas of a true craft beer but the light aftertastes of a beer made to be enjoyed with food and/or sunshine. It’s finished off with a slight a hint of citrus thanks to the addition of orange zest in its production.

Bad Monkey Wheat Beer (¥85 for 4)

A sumptuously smooth and boldly flavorsome wheat beer crafted by two British expats in the heavenly mountain town of Dali, Yunnan. It’s made using imported hops from America and Australia along with German and Australians malts. As any beer-lover knows, however, it’s the water that really makes the brew – and that’s all Chinese. The guys at Bad Monkey get theirs from Cangshan Mountain, a nearby range that is known throughout China for the purity of the water that springs from them.

Master GAO Jasmine Tea Lager (¥95 for 4)

A smooth, endlessly drinkable lager with hints of jasmine that could have only come from China – the flavor is achieved with the addition of a small amount of jasmine tealeaves during the beer’s fermentation. Smooth and easy-to-drink with an unmistakable complexity and character. Crack open a cold one and enjoy a beer that’s a true one-of-a-kind.

Master GAO Baby IPA (¥105 for 4)

The first bottled craft beer in China, this is a Nanjing-brewed IPA that packs weight and intensity but with a unique fruitiness and light alcohol content that reflects it’s status as a Chinese brewing. Made with all natural ingreidents, this is the flagship beer of Master Gao, the father of Chinese craft brewing. No journey into the world of Chinese craft beer would be complete without it.

Birra Follina Sanavalle (¥80)

A handcrafted, natural Italian ale inspired by the brews of Belgium. It is named for the area that its brewery, Birra Follina calls home; “Sanavalle” means “healthy valley” in Italian and is the ancient name of the area. A fitting name for a beer that aims to channel the traditions and beauty of the region is hails from.

Frank & Serafico Enki Brown Ale (¥75)

A brown ale created in Maremma, Tuscany. It is named for Enki, the Sumerian god of the fresh waters on which the Earth floats and which gives birth to life. It is said that he threw incredible feasts at which he’d drink too much, gift powers and talismans to his visitors and forget all about it the next day. His daughter, Ninkasi, was even named goddess of beer. Sounds like our kind of family; serve this beer at your next party and channel your inner Enki.
