Summer is in full swing! It’s the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing glass of sangria. Cooling, refreshing, and boozy, there’s nothing better to take the edge off and beat the heat.
We wanted to give you some ideas for some sangria recipes that go beyond the classic mixture of red wine, fruits, and brandy. Every recipe adds a unique ingredient to level-up your next batch.

Sparkling Rosé Sangria
Using an essential summer wine, Rosé, this recipe is quite simply summer in a glass.
Ingredients
200ml water
1 packaged frozen or fresh strawberries
60ml sugar
1 bottle dry rosé wine (750ml)
177 ml vodka
600ml lime or raspberry flavored sparkling water
1 pack of raspberries
How to make it
1.
Add water, frozen strawberries and sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.

Push mixture through a fine sieve, reserve the liquid and through away the left-over pulp caught in the sieve

Add strawberries mixture, wine, vodka and sliced strawberries to a large pitcher. 4. Before serving, add sparkling water and raspberries, add ice
White Sangria Margarita
Is it a margarita or sangria? It’s both! This flavorsome summer treat combines tequila and wine in to super refreshing effect.
Ingredients
1 bottle dry white wine (750ml)
350 ml white tequila
200 ml Triple Sec
200 ml orange juice
100 ml fresh lime juice
2 limes, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 bunch cilantro
How to make it
1.
In large pitcher, stir together wine, tequila, triple sec, juices and citrus. Refrigerate.

Garnish with cilantro and serve on ice.
Spiced Sangria
Adding spiced rum to your sangria creates a complex and rich flavor. This one is sure to tingle your taste buds and refresh your soul.
Ingredients
375ml Spiced Rum
1 red wine (750ml)
375ml fresh orange juice
3 Lemon wedge
3 Lime wedge
Ice
Orange slice to garnish
How to make it
1.
Squeeze lemon and lime wedge into a pitcher

Add remaining ingredients to the pitcher and fill with ice
3.
When serving pour over ice and garnish with an orange wedge
Mimosa Sangria
If you’re looking something refined and yet seriously well-suited to day-drinking, this is it. This classy blend is perfect for a boozy summer brunch.
Ingredients
1 package of fresh blueberries
350ml orange juice
250ml peach schnapps
1 bottle Champagne (750ml)
How to make it
1.
Place the blueberries, orange juice and schnapps in a large pitcher and allow to chill overnight (or at least 4 hours)
2.
While stirring, pour the entire bottle of champagne in the pitcher. Fill your glasses with ice and pour sangria, garnish with blueberries
