  1. Verdejo

Verdejo wine has higher acidity than most white wines, making it a great palate cleanser. When making pairings, Verdejo is perfect to accompany dishes with lime and citrusy flavors: fish & shrimp tacos, Mediterranean salad, fresh bruschetta.

2. Pinot Grigio
